VERNO is a contemporary residential development in Kapsalos, Limassol, comprising two buildings with a total of 36 apartments. The architectural concept is based on two mirrored volumes that establish a balanced composition defined by clean lines, geometric order, and a restrained material palette.

The façades combine contrasting tones and carefully considered details to create depth and visual rhythm. Generous openings enhance natural light, while private outdoor spaces extend the living areas and strengthen the connection between interior and exterior.
The arrangement of the two buildings establishes a clear spatial structure, balancing continuity with privacy between the residences.

Functional layouts and a considered organization of private and shared spaces define the residential configuration. Verandas and terraces extend the living areas outdoors, while the spaces between the buildings create a more intimate residential setting.

Situated within the established urban fabric of Kapsalos, VERNO combines a distinct contemporary architectural identity with a design that responds to its surrounding context.
