UNITY IV is a residential development in Polemidia, Limassol, comprising six blocks of four and five storeys, with a total of 134 apartments. The architectural concept brings together a contemporary design language and a integrated arrangement of residential volumes.

The development incorporates a series of shared amenities, including a swimming pool, children’s playground, and BBQ area, integrated within the landscaped outdoor spaces. The arrangement of the buildings and communal areas establishes a clear relationship between the built environment and the surrounding landscape.

Guided by simplicity, functionality, and spatial continuity, the design creates a unified architectural composition in which residential buildings, landscape, and communal spaces are integrated into a coherent whole.
