UNITY II is a contemporary residential development comprising 40 apartments in Zakaki, Limassol. The architectural concept is organized around two mirrored volumes, creating a balanced composition defined by geometric clarity and a strong visual identity.

The façades combine contrasting finishes with vibrant yellow privacy walls, introducing a distinctive accent to the overall design. Generous balconies, deep horizontal slabs, and transparent glass balustrades emphasize the building’s horizontal lines while creating a sense of visual lightness and extending the living spaces outdoors.

The apartments feature spacious layouts that prioritize functionality, openness, and natural light. Through the interplay of volumes, materials, and colours, UNITY II establishes a cohesive architectural expression characterized by clarity, rhythm, and contemporary design.
