UNITY Apartments is a large-scale residential development located in Zakaki, Limassol, comprising 13 apartment buildings across a 30,000 m² site.

The architectural concept is based on a contemporary design approach that establishes a coherent identity across the development. The arrangement of the buildings creates a unified composition, while the interplay of volumes, light-toned façades, and transparent glass balustrades contributes to a clean, modern architectural expression.

The relationship between the buildings and the surrounding landscape is a key aspect of the design. Landscaped gardens, pedestrian pathways, recreational areas, and shared outdoor spaces are integrated throughout the site, creating a structured connection between the built environment and open space.

The apartment interiors follow the same contemporary approach, with functional layouts, carefully selected materials, and a restrained palette of colours and finishes. The overall design brings together architecture, landscape, and interior spaces within a harmonious residential development.
