This contemporary villa in Limassol is defined by its elevated position and panoramic views towards the Mediterranean Sea. Arranged across four levels, the residence follows the natural slope of the site, creating a layered architectural composition that balances privacy with visual connections to the surrounding landscape.

The architectural language is characterised by clean geometric forms, generous glazing, and contemporary detailing. A restrained palette of crisp surfaces, glass, and carefully selected materials establishes a cohesive relationship between the interior and exterior. The arrangement of the different levels defines a clear spatial hierarchy between private areas, communal spaces, and outdoor living areas.

Expansive terraces and a rooftop space extend the architecture beyond the enclosed volumes. Incorporating a bar, fireplace, and jacuzzi, the rooftop is conceived as an extension of the overall spatial composition, reinforcing the relationship between the built form, the landscape, and the Mediterranean setting.
