Sea Horizon is a residential development in the coastal hills of Ayios Tychonas, combining a contemporary residential tower with a collection of luxury villas. The design brings together vertical living and private residences, establishing a cohesive architectural identity through defined geometries and sculptural forms.

The tower features dramatic cantilevers, recessed glass façades, and a geometric shading screen that filters sunlight while creating dynamic patterns of light and shadow. The villas combine clean lines, warm timber cladding, and exposed concrete, with floor-to-ceiling glazing opening onto private infinity pools and outdoor living areas.

The development incorporates resort-inspired amenities, a communal lap pool, and landscaped outdoor spaces. Together, the architectural elements establish a considered interplay between form, materiality, and light, connecting contemporary design with the Mediterranean landscape.
