The design proposal for this villa explores a contemporary industrial aesthetic through clean architectural lines, minimal forms, and a restrained material palette. Developed across both the interior and exterior, the concept establishes a consistent architectural language in which simplicity, proportion, and materiality define the character of the residence.

Concrete forms the basis of the material palette, complemented by darker tones and carefully considered detailing that reinforce the industrial aesthetic. Simple volumes and strong architectural elements define the exterior, while the interiors follow the same minimalist approach through the selection of finishes and furnishings.

The interplay of texture, shadow, and natural light introduces depth and visual contrast, balancing the darker material palette with a sense of warmth and atmosphere. The result is a cohesive architectural concept in which the interior and exterior are connected through a consistent material language and a clear design approach.
