The project involved the complete transformation of an existing structure into a luxury villa of approximately 370 m². Work commenced at the stage of the existing structural frame and masonry, which were extensively adapted, reinforced, and extended in accordance with the revised architectural and structural design.

The resulting two-storey residence comprises three bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe, and balcony. An open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area forms the central social space of the villa, creating a cohesive interior layout.

The exterior landscape was designed as an extension of the architecture, incorporating landscaped terraces and level changes that frame the swimming pool. A separate auxiliary structure accommodates covered parking and service areas, completing the functional layout of the property.

Through structural interventions, spatial reconfiguration, and carefully designed extensions, the existing building was transformed into a contemporary private villa, integrating architecture, landscape, and living spaces within a unified design.
