Prisma is a residential development comprising 50 apartments in Agios Ioannis, Limassol. The architectural design responds to the character of the surrounding urban context through a contemporary language defined by clean lines, light-toned surfaces, and a restrained material palette.

The façades combine solid surfaces with glass balustrades, creating a balanced composition with a sense of visual lightness. Carefully designed communal areas complement the architectural layout, reinforcing a cohesive identity throughout the development.

The interior design follows the same contemporary approach, with spacious living areas, covered patios, and clearly defined private and shared spaces. Carefully selected materials and colour combinations introduce warmth and visual continuity, complementing the overall architectural concept.
