Building C is conceived as a contemporary mixed-use development that establishes a strong relationship between architecture and the public realm. Set back from Roosevelt Avenue, the ground floor forms a sheltered arcade that guides visitors into the development and creates an inviting pedestrian environment.
A key aspect of the design is its relationship with the neighbouring Chapel of Agios Irakleidios. The ground-floor setback and double-height mezzanine preserve visual connections to the chapel, allowing the development to respond sensitively to its cultural context. The ground floor accommodates retail spaces, a café, and offices, alongside landscaped seating areas, integrated planters, and an outdoor play area. The first floor incorporates leisure facilities and supporting offices, including a gym with independent access. The upper floors accommodate contemporary offices with covered verandas and outdoor areas, while a rooftop lounge provides shared space for office users.
The layout allows the ground-floor commercial units and gym to operate independently, ensuring flexibility and functionality. By integrating commercial, office, and leisure spaces, Building C creates a cohesive architectural composition that connects the surrounding urban environment with its public and shared spaces.
