Building B introduces a more spacious residential typology within the PLEXIS development, designed to accommodate contemporary family living. Arranged across four floors, the building comprises 24 apartments, including 16 two-bedroom and eight three-bedroom residences.

The architectural approach prioritizes generous layouts, natural light, and a strong connection between interior and exterior spaces. Each apartment features a covered veranda that extends the living area outdoors, providing a private and functional outdoor space throughout the year. Each residence is also provided with a dedicated ground-floor storage area and a private parking space, either beneath the building’s pilotis or within the external ground-floor areas.
