Park Tower is an 11-storey residential building located on Limassol’s beachfront, adjacent to Parklane Resort, part of the Marriott International portfolio.

The development comprises 19 apartments and a penthouse, with two private parking spaces allocated to each residence. The architectural approach combines contemporary building systems with traditional construction principles, focusing on spatial quality, privacy and the relationship between interior and exterior spaces.

The tower is articulated through a regular horizontal rhythm of projecting slabs and recessed glazing. Deep balconies define the façade, providing solar protection and extending the living spaces towards the Mediterranean. Full-height openings establish visual connections with the sea, bringing panoramic views into the interiors. A restrained palette of light-toned stone, glass and metal complements the façade’s composition, while recessed terraces introduce depth and variation to the building’s elevations.
