This contemporary residential development is located in the Linopetra area of Limassol, between the urban fabric of the city, a neighbouring park, and the coastline. Set on a 1,068 m2 site, the project comprises a compact three-storey building with eight apartments, establishing an intimate residential setting within its urban context.
The architectural design is defined by clean lines, generous openings, elevated ceiling heights, and carefully proportioned volumes. The building’s orientation maximizes views towards the sea, park, and city, while landscaped areas and shared outdoor spaces create a softer transition between the built form and its surroundings.
