The architectural proposal comprises nine residential blocks accommodating a total of 275 apartments, arranged around a shared outdoor environment that forms the central element of the development. The design establishes a balance between private living spaces and communal areas, with a sunken atrium creating a visual connection between the buildings and the surrounding landscape.

A warm material palette introduces a sense of familiarity and domestic comfort, complementing the architectural simplicity of the residential volumes. Generous apartment layouts and views towards the communal areas establish a strong relationship between the interiors and the shared outdoor spaces.

The central amenities include a swimming pool, gardens, a gym, barbecue areas, and a playground. Vehicular circulation is kept to the perimeter, allowing the internal spaces to prioritize pedestrian movement. A skate park and dog park are provided as complementary facilities beyond the main development, complementing the overall design with additional leisure facilities.
