ONYX Residence is a contemporary residential development in Germasogeia, Limassol, comprising a collection of apartments and penthouses.
The architectural language is defined by a carefully considered material palette, with distinctive Onyx Blue panels and granite finishes establishing the building’s identity. Generous ceiling heights and tall interior doors further define the spatial character, while the relationship between materials, proportions, and detailing creates a distinctive architectural expression.
The penthouses incorporate expansive terraces and private spa areas, extending the interior spaces outdoors and establishing a connection between the built form and its surroundings. Across the development, the layouts and shared spaces are organised to balance individual privacy with a coherent overall composition.
The project brings together materiality, spatial organisation, and contemporary architectural detailing within an urban coastal context.
