The 330 m2 villa is a contemporary residence organized around openness, natural light, and a continuous relationship between interior and exterior spaces. Its architectural language combines clean volumes with a warm material palette of wood and ceramic cladding, creating a balanced interplay of texture, colour, and proportion.
The ground floor is arranged around an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, complemented by an office and service spaces. Large openings facing the pool extend the living areas outdoors, allowing natural light to penetrate the interior and establishing visual continuity with the surrounding landscape.
The upper floor accommodates three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The master suite also incorporates a walk-in wardrobe and a spacious bathroom featuring both a shower and a bathtub.
Externally, the pool forms part of the villa’s main spatial axis, with the surrounding terrace, BBQ area, and covered parking integrated into the overall landscape design. The project emphasizes spacious interiors, natural materials, and carefully framed connections between architecture, light, and the surrounding environment.
