Located in Agios Tychonas, this contemporary villa is conceived as a private residence that responds to its tranquil setting through a restrained architectural language and a strong connection between interior and exterior spaces.

The design is guided by openness, natural light, and framed views. Clean architectural volumes are combined with extensive glazing, allowing the surrounding landscape to become an integral part of the interior experience. The spatial layout establishes a fluid sequence of living areas while maintaining privacy and a clear distinction between communal and private spaces.

Spanning 411.85 m², the residence accommodates four bedrooms, including a master suite with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. Generous openings and carefully positioned windows reinforce the relationship between the interior spaces and their surroundings.

The exterior is organized around an infinity pool and relaxation area, extending the living environment into the landscape and creating dedicated spaces for outdoor living. The overall composition balances solid and transparent elements, resulting in a contemporary residence defined by light, proportion, and its Mediterranean context.
