This five-storey residential building explores a balance between simple architectural forms and functional urban living. Its exterior is shaped by projecting balconies with glass balustrades, adding depth to the façade while creating open-air extensions to the living spaces.

A combination of white plaster, charcoal, and light gray gives a restrained visual identity, allowing the building’s geometry to stand out. Large sliding glass doors open onto spacious terraces, strengthening the connection between the interiors and the outdoors while allowing natural light to filter throughout the apartments.
