Gateway is a mixed-use development located in Mesa Geitonia, Limassol, combining commercial and residential spaces within a single architectural composition. The project comprises a four-storey office building and sixteen residential apartments, bringing together two distinct functions within a cohesive design.
The office building is characterized by a contemporary architectural language, defined by clean lines, generous openings, and carefully considered proportions. Its organized floor plans provide flexible working environments, while the façade design establishes a clear architectural identity within the surrounding urban context.
The residential component comprises sixteen apartments ranging from 73 to 140 m2. Functional layouts and thoughtfully designed interior spaces respond to the needs of contemporary living. The residential volume complements the larger commercial building, creating a balanced composition in which both functions retain their distinct character while contributing to a unified architectural expression.
