Garden Square is a contemporary residential development in Mouttagiaka, Limassol, comprising apartments and private villas arranged within a landscaped setting. The project is organised into distinct residential zones, establishing a clear spatial hierarchy while maintaining a cohesive relationship between the built forms and the surrounding landscape.

The architecture follows a modern design language, defined by carefully proportioned volumes, generous openings, and refined detailing that establish a cohesive identity across the different building types. More than half of the site is dedicated to landscaped areas, incorporating gardens, pedestrian paths, recreational spaces, and communal areas that form an integral part of the overall site composition.

The residential layouts are organised around the relationship between private and shared spaces. Living areas and kitchens are arranged to support spatial continuity, while clearly defined bedrooms and integrated storage contribute to an efficient use of space. Generous openings enhance natural light and establish visual connections with the surrounding landscape.
