EMBER is a residential development located in Universal, Paphos, comprising 39 apartments distributed across three buildings. The development offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences, complemented by selected penthouses with private roof terraces and gardens.

The architectural concept is organized around a U-shaped configuration that encloses a landscaped central courtyard, establishing a protected communal space at the heart of the development. The courtyard connects the individual buildings through a shared landscape incorporating a swimming pool, gardens, outdoor dining areas, and recreational spaces.

Balconies and terraces extend the apartments towards the central courtyard, reinforcing the relationship between private living spaces and the shared outdoor environment. The development also incorporates covered parking, storage areas, and integrated building systems to support the functional organization of the residences.
