Dasoudi Residence is a private, gated residential development comprising 22 apartments, including three penthouses, each with its own roof terrace. Shared facilities include a gym, sauna, swimming pool, and barbecue area.

Located in Potamos Germasogeias, one of Limassol’s established coastal residential areas, the development is situated within close proximity to Dasoudi Beach and its surrounding woodland.

The project brings together contemporary architecture, considered interior design, and a carefully selected palette of high-quality materials and finishes. The penthouses’ private roof terraces and the development’s shared outdoor facilities extend the residential spaces beyond the building envelope, establishing a connection between the built environment and its coastal surroundings.
