This contemporary villa in Agios Tychonas, Limassol, is designed in response to the area’s dramatic topography and distinctive landscape. The architecture follows the natural slope through a series of carefully articulated levels, establishing a dynamic relationship between the built form, the surrounding terrain, and the expansive views.
The design is defined by strong geometric volumes, generous openings, and extended terraces that create a sense of openness and continuity between interior and exterior spaces. The material palette combines crisp rendered surfaces, natural stone, dark accents, and warm timber, introducing contrast and texture while maintaining a restrained architectural expression.
Across the different levels, private and shared spaces are carefully arranged in response to the terrain and the building’s orientation. Large glazed openings frame the surrounding views, while outdoor areas extend the living spaces into the landscape. The result is a cohesive architectural composition that responds to its natural setting while maintaining a distinct contemporary identity.
