Autograph is a contemporary residential building in Germasogeia, Limassol, comprising one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, with penthouses occupying the upper levels.

The interiors are defined by carefully considered proportions, natural materials, and tactile finishes, complemented by elongated doors and ceiling heights approaching three metres. Rather than relying on ornamentation, the design places emphasis on scale, texture, and detailing to establish a consistent architectural language throughout the residences.

The increased verticality enhances the spatial perception of the interiors, while the restrained material palette introduces warmth and depth. The upper-level residences incorporate private spa areas, while a landscaped relaxation zone forms part of the development’s shared outdoor spaces. The project brings together proportion, materiality, and spatial detailing within a contemporary residential context.
