This two-storey villa in Parekklisia, near Limassol, is reinterpreted through a renovation proposal that combines Mediterranean and Neoclassical influences with a contemporary design approach.
The exterior design draws on the relaxed character of Mediterranean estate architecture, incorporating the symmetry, proportions, and formal detailing of classical design. Stone, marble, and warm wood-effect finishes form a balanced material palette, giving the façade a distinctive architectural identity.
The interior design continues this approach through a refined and expressive selection of materials and finishes. Marble, warm metallic accents, and gold-toned lighting elements are introduced throughout the main living spaces, creating a considered interplay of texture, materiality, and light. A bright, neutral palette establishes visual continuity, while carefully selected details reinterpret classical references within a contemporary setting.
The office adopts a more intimate character, with darker tones and a richer atmosphere, while maintaining the same attention to materiality and detail. Together, the interior and exterior proposals establish a cohesive design language that brings classical influences into dialogue with contemporary architecture and detailing.
