Armonia Villas is a contemporary residential development comprising six detached, two-storey villas positioned within a gently elevated landscape in Limassol. The project is organised around the principles of privacy, openness, and integration with the surrounding natural environment.
The architecture is characterised by clearly defined volumes, generous openings, and covered terraces that establish a visual and spatial continuity between interior and exterior spaces. The site’s elevation and the orientation of the villas create visual connections with the surrounding landscape, with selected orientations framing views towards the sea.
Each villa is formed as an independent architectural volume while maintaining a cohesive identity across the development. Private gardens, outdoor spaces, and access and parking areas are integrated into the overall site layout, establishing a considered relationship between the built forms, circulation, and landscape.
