Ariadne is a contemporary residential development in Agios Athanasios, Limassol, comprising 12 apartments and two detached villas. The project is designed as a cohesive composition of residential volumes, responding to the character of the surrounding neighbourhood while establishing a distinct architectural identity.

The architecture is defined by clean geometries, carefully proportioned openings, and a restrained palette of decorative concrete, warm timber tones, and neutral surfaces. Covered verandas and private outdoor areas extend the interior spaces beyond the building envelope, establishing a gradual transition between interior and exterior.

The different residential typologies are organised to accommodate varying degrees of privacy while maintaining a consistent architectural language throughout the development. Circulation, orientation, and spatial planning define the relationship between the individual residences and the overall site layout, creating a coherent composition in which materiality, proportion, and landscape contribute to the architectural expression.
